TdF 2023 - Un Tour de France - Spinbox

Most spinners have heard of the Tour de Fleece, which is held every year on Ravelry. Ravelry is an international paltform for knitters and crocheters. During the three weeks of the Tour de France spinners happily tred or spin on their wheel or spindle.

For this occasion, I will assemble a spinbox in the format of a Trivial Pursuit game. There will be two editions: 21x 5grams for spindle spinners and 21 x 10gram for spinners with hungry spinning wheels (or spindles).

The game leads you through France, while humming or singing some of the most famous French buildings, places and sites and in the end awaits the Victory at the Champs Elysées! There is a reward waiting, which cannot be revealed yet ;-).

What fibres can I expect?

Different sorts of medium to fine wool fibres, a variety of animal and plant fibres and here and there some sparkles. There will be a mix of hand dyed fibres and commercial fibres in form of rolags, batts and combed tops.

What colours can I excpect?

All colours within the colour spectrum, beautifully arranged in a fade.

Until when can I sign up?

Until the 30th of April 2023.

When will the spinbox be shipped?

It will be shipped in June 2023. As soon as it is send, you will receive a track & trace code.
